At Elite EMS Urgent Care, we are committed to providing high-quality medical care and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

Service Fees

All payments for medical services rendered — including urgent care visits, procedures, lab tests, and other treatments — are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Overpayments & Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error or have overpaid, please contact our billing department. Verified overpayments will be refunded within 10–15 business days after confirmation.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance Claims

If you have insurance, refunds related to claim adjustments or insurer overpayments will be processed according to your insurance provider’s policies.
